LIQUIDWAVE for Mac is made by Appnics, LLC (“we”), in Tokyo, Japan. Downloading or using the app means you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use it.

The free tier (the signature Wave scene plus one more scene you pick the first time you open the app) is free to use, personally or commercially, with no time limit. Both audio sources are included, and we don't ask for an account.

Full Unlock is a one-time $24.99 purchase made inside the app. The purchase is processed by our payment partner, which acts as the merchant of record: its terms govern the payment itself, taxes, and your receipt.

Your license key is shown at checkout and sent to the email address you give there. Keep it: it is what unlocks the app on your Macs.

Full Unlock grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LIQUIDWAVE for Mac. One key activates on up to two Macs at a time; Deactivate this Mac in Settings (or the same action in the purchase portal) frees a slot for another one.

Please don't share or resell your key, and don't work around the key check or the limits of the free tier.

The App Store edition for Mac, iPhone and iPad unlocks through Apple in one of two ways: Lifetime, a one-time purchase, or Yearly, an auto-renewing subscription. Both are governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement and the terms of your Apple Account.

Yearly renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it under Subscriptions in your Apple Account, in Settings or in the App Store. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

The two purchases aren't interchangeable: a key from this site doesn't unlock the App Store copy, and an App Store purchase doesn't unlock the download.

All sales are final. The free tier is there so you can try LIQUIDWAVE on your own music before you buy (both sources, no time limit), so we don't offer refunds or returns on Full Unlock, except where the law requires one.

Updates are free. The app checks for its own updates and installs them in place; you can switch the automatic check off in Settings → About and update by hand instead. Scenes may be changed, added, or retired as the app develops.

Audio is analyzed on your Mac and never leaves it. The license check sends our payment partner's licensing service your key, this Mac's computer name (the activation's label in the purchase portal) and the app version, and nothing else. The app has no account; it sends our own server usage events (which features are used, the steps of a purchase) under a random install ID, never audio or what you listen to. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

LIQUIDWAVE is provided as is. We test it widely, but we can't promise it suits every setup. DRM-protected streams such as Apple Music's are silenced by macOS for every capture app, LIQUIDWAVE included, and that is the operating system's doing, not something we can fix.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to the app is limited to what you paid for it.

We may update these terms; when we do, the date above changes and the new version is posted here. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
